NC Verilog Simulator Memory Leak and SystemVerilog DPI

When developing 1080p or higher H.264 Encoder, we saw significant memory leaks from NC Verilog Simulator. Usually only one frame or less encoding can be done. After applying SystemVerilog DPI for file I/O, the memory leak problem was avoided. Synopsis VCS does not have the same problem.
